I mean I, remember, hearing about Portugal for my dad going back in the 60s you sway bill was supposed to be the next people and in 1966 they beat Brazil, but they didn’t win the world cup and just remember you. I thought you said was pretty cool, but to me he was, it wasn’t a lie. So I was like this is not valid and then in the early 2000s, we started to see Luis Figo, 90s and 2000 Luffy go with prominent and my wife love Luis Figo like she loved Portugal. She loved how they played and, at the same time, I think Cristiano. Cristiano Ronaldo was just coming onto the scene. He was young is, very you know, talented, but Figo ran the show and it was so cool to see like a young player playing with the older player and they’re just being this kind of respect for each other and you so you can see the mantle being passed on. Luis Figo was just a wonderful player to watch to heat. Was the number 7 I think he was the most famous number 7 and then Cristiano Ronaldo has worn it. He was 17 at that time when they’re on the team together, but now Cristiano where’s, the 7in is also the most popular and pry the best player of all time for Portugal, so I’ve been watching a lot of them. Lately, I’ve I remember watching some world cups with them, and you know my wife is always like I, like Portugal like how that is something about that I just really like, and she like they’re classiness, how they played she liked how Cristiano Ronaldo wood finishes for his free-kicks. It’s penalties.

How he’s just always on point at Luis Figo was just smooth. He was just like a general on the field. That makes me even just want to go back and watch some of those games again, but I started to have respect for them. She can open my eyes to how they played in remember. They played a game against the Netherlands. Were there so many red cards and yellow cards, it was just crazy. I, remember also them losing to France in 2006 world cup, but they had a very strong team. So, having said all that we’re coming full circle now to 2018 world, cup and I watch Portugal play some friendly’s and I have to tell you. They just seem to always have this fighting spirit and I love it. It’s crappy, it’s not always perfect, but they get the job done and last week I saw charisma score. We had like to assist two goals and he was just on fire and he had this beautiful cross with the outside of his right foot to Christian, Ronaldo headed home and I was just amazed that came from the left side of the field. You tucked away perfectly and then proceed to be the best player on the field. That day, I’m just excited to see what they, what they will bring us, something that you know she read of my wife, shared with me, was a picture of a video of this little boy who thought he had missed his chance to meet cristiano ronaldo when he was crying and we saw cristiano ronaldo, walk down the bus, the steps to the bus come out and give the little boy a hug and a kiss on his forehead kiss on his cheek sign his autograph on his shirt and give him a hug and even took a picture with him and I’m showing thumbs up and yeah. Even though the media got it and you know, I took hold of it. I still felt like there was a sincerity there that just really got touched. My heart and I think I just like seeing those things cuz. It just reminds me of the human spirit and how we are in this together and how it does matter, how you treat people and it does matter that you take the extra step to go, help somebody or to make today, especially with those little kids. You know today, I got to the coach, many kids. We played our first pride futsal games and all the little kids did well. The older kids played hard and it was just a joy to just be able to be that the coach for them that day and enjoy watching them grow and develop, and so many parents just genuinely work we’re grateful. They put some nice reviews out there on my website and they just showed just honest words.

I had one person say that they had seen a kid do really well and he was using these moves and you’re like. How did you do that like? How did it work and I said? Well, we go to pride, and so he took his son out to probably saves a little skeptical at first, but he said after 2 months he’s seen how his son is taken to the training and he’s just loving it, and those are just really sincere words, honest words that I really appreciate it and it kind of made me see how this is so much bigger than just me. You know that and it’s important to see that that there’s a transcendent cause and there are things greater than you that you’re working towards you know and see where world cups coming up. All these teams are coming out here that represents a country’s the cause for them to win each country to win Iceland Argentina, Brazil, Portugal Senegal. All these different teams coming out to win there’s a cause that they are going after, which is more than just their own, as he knows to represent our country in the pride of your country and even one guy I heard on NPR. He was talking about how he’s going for Senegal and how the world cup shows that it how’s the playing field, whether you’re, poor or rich, doesn’t matter. You have a chance to win. You have a chance to represent your country and show the people what, you’re, made, of an i. Think that’s beautiful, just to say that I think of it in that way, so that I just I’m, hoping that this world cup rings a lot of sincerity. I’m looking at Portugal they’ve, become the thing off my favorite right now to win out. I’m really pulling for them I like to see Cristiano Ronaldo win a world, cup and I love the work ethic they put in you know.

The other thing is:you reminds me of my son I’ve started to learn more about how to coach my son, how to train him, how to see his heart is passion see where he is and Cristiano Ronaldo’s come and help me to see that you know even when he says he says things in the press and I press run with it. You know I see what or is hearts coming from and in my opinion and it’s just school to see someone being honest and speaking from the heart and really trying to to be sincere, so so Cristiano Ronaldo in Portugal I hope you do well I’d like to see Y’all win it if not I’m, still fine, with Brazil still fine, with friends. Enjoy that I some. What kind of be fun just to see them do their think so.
