This is episode 134, and I’m going to kick it to you on your own. What are we going to be discussing today, and today I want to know about who is your favorite team of all time and why of all time, it matter from world cups, all the world cups that you watched the world cup in the english premier league. I know you don’t want to hear it, though his eyes just got something cuz. I love mandy, you manchester united. How far is second choice? I love menu, but I like them. I like seeing like like, like which world cup I can think of a world cup, for instance, where we watched it was the 2010 world cup in south Africa and, if I remember correctly, it may or may have been that will cover 2002. I can’t remember right now, but it was Portugal and you love lewis, ego. You love album. That was the 2006 world cup. I apologize. 2006 woke up, so I know you love them and I’m trying.

I don’t want to know why and if there was another team that you like more than that and what I loved about that Portugal team and its really interesting cuz, I did not grow up around, so I really just find about soccer by you know, knowing you dating you marrying you and that’s what I’ve learned. So it’s that I love watching it with you and that we watch the world cup this kind of like funny to me, because I never knew anything about soccer, except that I was a cheerleader in high school and college to but in high school are soccer. Our kicker on the football team does a soccer player, that’s the closest I ever got to soccer before I knew you going to be a new people played it. I had friends on the team, but I didn’t even really get into it. I was doing my tracking my soccer, but to answer your question, what I love about, what I loved about that Portugal team is the cohesive unit. They were just a well-rounded good team. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing a group of people work at something and play together when they put years of development into it. Cuz it takes time to get that sort of cohesion through so they were just flowing. I mean they were just like a well-oiled mechanical device. They knew each other, it’s like they can put the ball to someone’s feet without even looking just. They knew where to be so watching that kind of talent and skill and that ability is just beautiful because it takes years to develop. So to me every time I played, I was just like a captivated audience because they know each other. Tulsa Soccer Camps They knew each other. Just like you know your your best friend or like your closest family member, so having that kind of camaraderie and cohesiveness, I think I’m any sports team, that’s what it’s about. So that’s always beautiful to me about them. They have the skill, they have the talent to have the cohesion and in the passion also, you know, and I need just your heart and soul in it. You know if they miss something or just so you know they all are like all right, but they didn’t tear into each other. They didn’t lose their composure. He would just rally around each other. Okay, let’s reset they just had a maturity in the death of about them. You know in the game of soccer that it’s like that’s what you want to see.

You had luis figo, that was the veteran superstar one point, luis figo’s, the best player in the world. You had cristiano ronaldo, who was the young superstar the budding supersets coming up? Everybody knows his name, he is brilliant use magical. The funny thing is leafy the worst 7 and Cristiano Ronaldo, or 17, and so later on, Cristiano guess. The number 7 jersey ass after luis figo, moved on and so leave figo was the left winger and at that time, cuz jon was the right-wingers they put on the opposite side of the field, but they worked well and you had deco to me who was like the balancing force very skillful, very technical, but he played the midfield rolled. He distributed the ball and then you had a keeper that was phenomenal. I can’t remember his name right now, but just remember how good he was he had so many pivotal say he was on fire team, very balanced team and you had everything that you needed and then they really were fun to watch. It was one of the more fun situations fun world cup. Anything they came up against was fun to see how they win at them. I love them up and wardo car value watching that world cup, and I think what I like to is how you saw just do you know common sense in your understanding of the game, how you saw all the things that made teams good, that made players good and it all comes down to their technical ability, their bellies to understand what to do in the syntactical situations: game, intelligence, the physical fitness they’re, all things that are developed during your training right, and I think, when you see the game played like that, you don’t want to see a play in any other way or any other teams for me, baby pine, like the desecration of the gay, know those are things I can really go and watch whales are going to meet your standard watch Iceland when they show up.

So these are the teams because they play in a creative flowing skillful way with passion, it’s fun to watch and that’s what I know. We don’t have a lot of time, but one other team that I have to dig up the black stars when they showed her. All covered up with that, but you know the one where they were giants. 2000. 10. I believe it was yeah. They were out of a good thing to watch. They have the same kind of poise and grace and ability, but they also brought a flare to the game. They brought like some heart and soul. That was just like suarez to make another world cup habitual line crosser. I like them too, and then also, I have to say, Germany, the machine. They are the machine they get out there and they lock in and they will shut you down or frustrate you and, and they will pull out some nice cold is it I mean that are just beautiful, so yeah for listening.
