I used to watch called Pele, the master and his method, and to me he was the best header of the ball that I’ve ever seen a complete master of it and he always start off talking about when you’re about to head the ball. You keep your eyes open and your head and your eyes open your mouth closed and so you’re always going to hit that ball with the center of your forehead, not the top part cuz, that’s going to hurt and it’s not the hardest part of your forehead. But it’s the middle part, the middle part of your forehead, that’s what you hit it with and you keep your eyes open. The reason why you keep your eyes open when you had that ball. The soccer ball is because you don’t want to hit your nose.

The soccer ball, hitting your nose, will definitely stop everything that you are about to do because. You’Ll have instant pain, your eyes, water up, and you won’t want to head the ball again. So the only thing to to to bring into this is that the game is changed. Slightly over the last couple of years, where ages from 12 and up or are the only ages allowed to head the ball, and so they have stopped allowing younger kids to head the ball because change who can have the soccer ball? They changed it because developmentally like the the physical part of the brain and their skull, hasn’t fully formed and their doctors were concerned that they were damaging their brain when they were hitting the ball too soon too early, because their skull, hadn’t fully developed. And so it could cause some some damage to the brain, and I actually saw a documentary on this for for older it for an older kid who had a special was, actually a special situation where his his body just couldn’t, handle it and it hurt him very badly. So doctors soccer best rap Thornton age and that’s really important. You know it pride of Tulsa soccer training. We really stay abreast of you know the most Innovative. You know resources tools inside technique as well as, what’s going on. You know just overall in the sport, because it’s really important – and I know sometimes there’s some parents – maybe they played soccer and they were heading the ball and they were that age. And so it’s like I’ve no big deal. But you know we really try to listen to the governing bodies and listen to the science. You know that is involved in the game of soccer. We utilize all those Casino tools and resources. I’M glad that you brought that out. Cuz, that’s exactly where I was thinking in the in the game of soccer a lot times. The parents that have played before can sometimes be the hardest to convince of things, because we didn’t my age. Why can’t we do it now, and sometimes I’m even guilty of that concept, and I have two to really change my mindset about things when rules and regulations change, especially with heading the ball. I am perfectly fine with kids not hitting the ball to there at 12 and I enforce it and I think that’s a good policy and when they come to us, we work on the proper technique. The actual power of hitting the soccer ball comes from your stomach.

It comes from your abs, not from your neck and so a lot of time. Kids, lot X, kids will come in and they’ll try to head the ball using their neck training, someone or maybe they have never learned how to do it, because I didn’t grow up playing soccer. When I think about hitting, I would just be using my head and my neck to head the soccer ball, but that’s amazing that you said it makes more sense coming from your core that one of the strongest parts of your body so, that’s where Tulsa soccer lessons are Really important to actually learn you don’t even it’s not even your head. I mean you’re using your head, but it’s really your core. That’S powering that I get technical drill that we do where can ask to do like they’re on their knees and they they lean back and they go all the way through that bowl to into a push-up position, and so that is using all of their abs. Then I’m going to use their their legs, so it’s working completely on their technique and then, when you add the legs and jumping into the ball and heading, it adds so much more power tube to the ball. So when you see professional players heading that ball and you see that ball going several yards throughout the the air, it’s because they have the right technique and when I hit that soccer ball, that ball goes flying. It’S a lot from you, of course, and what happens you know what ITulsa soccer lessons, but if I’m a parent and I have a soccer player and maybe they were really good player and I’m wanting them to learn how to pass or trap or had the ball. You know, and maybe I just want to know how many sessions do we need to sign up for his dislike. You know a couple of months. Do I need to do this for a few weeks during to do this for a year? Can you kind of address the mentality, because when you look at the grapes in any sport, but you know specifically soccer, are they training for a specific amount of time and then they Master the skill in there done? Is it ongoing when you’re working on learning? You know proper soccer technique. What is the investment? If you really want to do? Well, you know: do I learn how to head the ball, and then I’m good and we’re gone, or do I need to stay in continually you know develop, is to definitely stay and continue to develop, because there’s always there’s always more things you can do to sharpen Your skills and kids that come consistently an over a long period of time they get better, faster and rapidly and then, as they improve new their new training. Their new deals at things that develop in their abilities and they start to recognize how they can control the ball.

In such a different way and had they not hit the ball, you know that million time I had that millionth time, then they would not have learned a new technique that they need to know, and so, if you look at Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi, the two greatest Players in the world at this moment they are consistently training, training, training, training, they’ve, never look at it as I’ve mastered it, because there’s always another level of skill of technique that you can master and in our Tulsa soccer lessons we drive home that this is a Continual thing this is something that kids have to do consistently and because they come in and enjoy it, they love it, they want to keep going and they keep coming and they keep working and they keep getting better and, as I get betterit becomes more addictive, they Want more, and so it gets more more fun for them and they get better. They become more skillful soccer players and on a soccer field day or able to dominate the situation and they’re having fun, and they have a lot of confidence to the great thing about what we offer and, if you’re an amateur. Even if you are at the top of your game right now – and you are maybe an expert at your particular level – we can still help you develop and grow when it comes to your soccer skills.
