What do you mean when you’re talking about soccer game, intelligent, so soccer game intelligence is knowing what to do and when to do it on the soccer field? So what to do with the soccer ball, with her staff, past Trap, Shoot dribble, and when do I do it? So these two things go hand-in-hand and over the last 4 years of my coaching career, there has been one person who has been the most influential on my coaching and his name is the late great Hurst Vine and he passed away about a year ago, and he Was really instrumental in changing my mind and my perception of how to relay the games the game to the kid two kids and I’ve been good at it all my life, but this person just it, brought me to a different level, and it’s help me with pride Soccer training to use the things that he’s taught me to help develop players faster, and you know she does something that you tell me all the time is that the person who’s talking as a person, who’s learning, and you learn that from who was it again.? My mentor teachers, arnelle Ritalin and Grub, told me that so that the concept behind, if the student is talking, the student is learning if the teacher is talking to the teachers learning so as a coach, my job is to get the kids engaged to get them.

Thinking get them answering questions given getting them to give answers to questions and some always posing questions to them about how to do things, and so what her spine to talk he had taught me was. There are four things that go on in a game in for, in a kid’s mind during the game and the first one is perception there. Looking around on the field they’re, seeing what’s going on there taking in the environment that taking in the wind they’re taking in the grass, how thick is the grass they’re taking in weather whether or not is the ball heavy is it is it light and so they’re Taking all these things and it taking it out how many people around them and when they’re on the left side of field? How many people there, when they’re in the middle? How many when they are top and so they’re taking in their environment and then from just perceiving without their they interpreted? They? Actually, I think about okay, so if someone’s pressuring me hear, that means that I’m going to have less time with the ball, so they’re, remaking or interpreting things about their environment based on what they perceive and then the third level is decision-making. They have to not only perceive what’s out there and interpret it, but they have to make a decision as to what to do next. Do they pass, do they dribble? Do they have time in space? Do they have no time and space? You have players close by that they can work with him, pass to Mom they’re in the pressure so they’re all these different things that they have to decide. What are they going to do with the ball and then the fourth thing after they perceive after they interpret and after they decide they have to execute what they have decided to do and that’s where the technical ability comes in and that’s where at Pride soccer training? We hone their skills so that they’re able to pass properly they’re able to get the ball to their teammates, the able to take shots on goal and It Go to gold and score where they can also dribble players and be effective and confident and dribbling and being Able to head the ball into the Trap it in to control it, and so they have all these things at their disposal because we’re working on their technical ability to execute, because if you can perceive things and interpret and you can make decisions. But then you can’t execute it. Does you no good? So it’s all of those things together. We also work on their perception work on taking their environment, paying attention to. What’S going on today, I had a little girl who the game was going on and she didn’t pay attention. I said hey, it’s like you have to imagine like this is a jungle and if you heard like a rhino coming on over to your right of you and your the elephant on the left and you could smell the air and all the sudden you her Roar Behind you and you knew a line, was there, would you just be like I’m just relaxing here now you’d be intense, you would be focused, you’d, be bringing all these things to make decisions as to what you’re going to do so you have to teach them how To perceive and interpret their environment and then to make decisions, so they can be successful and execute, so they can finish off what they’ve decided to do, and so every position out there on the soccer field requires the skills whether you’re playing Midfield.

Are you playing? Offense? Are you playing defense, whether you’re in the middle third of the field or the penalty area, or you know whether you’re the goalkeeper making to save and having to make a counter attack, throw in the end start the counter-attack? You are making these choices and you’re learning to being intelligent soccer player, and that’s what this is all about is at one point in the stage I remember her spine said that soccer was about just being physically, more capable than everybody else Beyond to run longer and Run faster and then it became a game. What was just about technical ability? Are you? How technical are you, but he said the biggest thing that is the difference between everything. Is your game intelligence. You have to be an intelligent soccer player, you have to be thinking and Beyond to make real decisions, and so I have a question about that. When you’re talking about the soccer game, intelligence and these four principles, you know you talked about perception, interpretation, decision-making and then execution. You know of your moves. Are your skills, I’m on the soccer field? How are you developing that soccer game intelligence? Is it from these four aspects? What all goes into the development of your soccer game intelligence? Basically to help teach kids how to to use these different ideas? That’S one aspect of being assertive instead of passive or overly aggressive, so they’re learning how to take these different parts of their in different attributes that they have that they bring to the game and learn how to magnify them. Like, for instance, I told one girl, your fire, you are always going to bring the pressure you always going to bring that another girl tell that you’re like water, you flow and little boy – I told you, are you know very passionate, so each player has these things That they bring to the game and teach them how to use them to their advantage and intelligence of the player is the real driving force, because intelligence defines success.
