This is episode 94. We are still talking about the success pyramid and this is part 2, I’m O’Neal. What are we going to focus on and our time today, foundation of the Pyramid of Success, and I believe John Wooten came up with this pyramid and it’s just this wonderful. It helps you to stay, focused, be disciplined about what you’re trying to achieve and how it also affects others around you in the foundation. The first one is industriousness, and he says here there is no substitute for work. Worthwhile results come from hard-working in careful planning, and so I think when I think of industriousness, I think of when I’m doing my soccer lessons and the kids come out there and I see them they’re doing the drill and they’re kind of going through the motion there. They’Re, just so, you know moving the ball, but they’re not going to hundred percent they’re, not putting any work into it and I’m having to get to them and say: hey pick it up. We got to go faster and quicker, put more effort into it and to me that is when they’re not being industrious and then, as I train with them, and I work with them and they start to develop more.

I start stealing be more industrious for their touches. They’Re taking more effort putting more into it and really working hard on the ball on putting more effort into it and seeing the best that they can do as opposed to just getting through the motions – and I think that’s a very important concept right there there’s another Part of friendship, friendship comes from Mutual esteem, respect and devotion like marriage and was not be taken for granted, but requires a joint effort, so I’m playing sports, we develop friendship and soccer. You know over the years I’ve developed, so many friends and Trust comes in from that, because I’m out there playing with my mom with my teammates, we start to build trust. We build friendship and I start to work hard for them and they work hard for me and we’re in this together. You know if I make a mistake: they come in and make a tackle and save the day for me and vice versa. If they mess up. I going to make a taco or I might make a nice Cross or play, and you know they would finish it. So it’s this those types of things that do for one another. We work hard for each other and it shows in the whole the whole team concept that we are teaching. You know pride is an acronym that stands for perseverance, respect, Integrity, dedication and determination and then X, and we do want you to be dedicated to that’s a good one. But when you’re talking about this Pyramid of Success, these are all things that really flow right into. What we do we’re helping kids grow in their ability to be industrious, we’re helping them. Tulsa Soccer Lessons You know, learn how to be strong and fearless and overcome and be tenacious, and that’s why this Pyramid of Success is really interesting. Tulsa Soccer Lessons The study it reminds me a little bit of Maslow’s hierarchy, but it’s for soccer player and Coach. John Wooden is someone who is very respected. You know just as far as a coaching experience, and I know Neil and I talked about this – a lot. We believe it’s really important to look at people who know more than you have more experience than you and really learn from them, and don’t you better yourself, you know quicker because you can take their experience and added into your. So we’re really really big on that.

What else did you have brought up to and to yourself and to all those depending upon you, keep your self-respect and so self-respect it to me it’s it’s one of those character, things that we have to make sure that we was working on it in Pride, soccer Training were always working on your self-respect and that to me means doing your best, making sure you’re working hard for your teammates, making sure that you’re loyal to your team that you’re, not just thinking about yourself your position, what you’re doing, but how does your position affect Those around you and and how are you there to help your teammates, and so it’s not just about you is not just about being loyal to yourself, but also to your team becoming part of that group in that family in that cause, and you want to be Your best, so that’s what is so great about what we offer at Pride soccer training cuz. We can help you grow in your skill, in whether you are a striker and a forward, a midfielder. Whatever you know part you play on the team, we can help. You enhance that enjoy doing I love seeing the kids improve become better. I love seeing them work on the character. I see see you in so many situations when we try and that I’m able to help players improve their mental state and prove their thought process, and it’s all about you know the soccer lessons in the training and in and how we go about teaching kids, these Character traits another found, Tulsa Soccer Lessons a John wooden’s Pyramid of Success is cooperation with all levels of your co-workers. Listen if you want to be heard, be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way. So that is a key thing at I know, Tulsa Soccer Lessons even in in marriages that is huge, is making sure you want to listen and be willing to find the best way to accomplish the goal, and it may not be your own way. So a lot of times is a player when you playing soccer. You have your own idea of what you want to accomplish what you want to do, but your coach has a whole different idea, maybe or maybe not you know, but just being able to be malleable in that you may be right in step with your coach. You know I’m being able to deliver what he wants or yeah. You may have an idea that you want to execute and show that you can knock that out. I think just having the skill in the ability do.

It is what’s important here and also to go along with skill and ability is the mindset to make sure that you are trying to fall in line with what is the best way, and you know it pride soccer training. We provide soccer lessons that help kids to develop the best way of dribbling a passing of trapping shooting, even what decision to make when they have the ball at the end of to go along with the last part of the foundation of the pyramid, is enthusiasm and Says he brushes off upon those with whom you come in contact? You must truly enjoy what you are doing, and so you have to have fun in what you doing. You have to be passionate, you have to love it and you know going out there. I love seeing kids come out who are coming out for a training sessions. I love seeing them being ready to play, and I love working with him and seeing I’m taking the concepts and the technical ability of technical skills that we teaching our soccer lessons and them running with it. I have one one player who has been working with me for about a month, and I have seen her game change. I’Ve seen her increase in her ability or confidence.
